Buyers, Renters, & Association Documents
At South Passage, we are a welcoming and friendly community, with residents who come here from places as far away as Idaho, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Arizona, Switzerland, Italy, and Columbia and as near as Miami and Naples. We share a single private street on which people walk to the clubhouse to get their mail, take a sauna, or swim in the pool, exercise their dog, and inevitably bump into a neighbor and enjoy a short conversation. Folks spend time at the clubhouse reading the Wall Street Journal or New York Times, watching sports events on TV, using the Association’s internet access, and gathering for the monthly social events.
If you are thinking of either renting or buying a unit in South Passage, there are a few things you should know. We welcome dogs but with some limits including a fifty-pound weight limit, a few breeds are restricted, and no owner can bring more than one dog to live here. There are restrictions on boats, as well as pick-up trucks, and it would be good for you to know about these as you make your decision. Rentals must be for a minimum of two months.
